Can anyone recommend suitable containers (I'm thinking 500ml to 1L in size) to make up jugs of formula for the day's feeds?

I used to use a tupperware one that had the lid with a hole in the middle for a whisk but I used to keep loosing count of the amount of scoops i'd put in so I just started boiling the kettle and pre-fill the bottles with just water and keep them in the fridge.
That way I just had to microwave the water and then add the formular.

I might be wrong but I'm pretty sure ur not meant to make up formula in advance. I think that's why they sell those tubs with the compartments that u measure ur formula scoops into.
Perhaps instead of making up the formula u could measure ur scoops into one of them and then fill the bottles with ur pre boiled water.
Its fine to make up the formula - it lasts for 24 hours.
I started with the jugs but gave up really fast with both of mine - I would just prepare the bottles individually every morning for the day - my kids survived and was so much easier.
Each night before bed I would sterilise the bottles and then fill them with the required amount of boiled water and pop them in the fridge for the next day. All I had to do then was microwave the water and add the powder and it was done.
I'm too sexy for my Ex
I just make them up in individual bottles and refridgerate.
Give us that grand word "woman" once again, and let's have done with "lady"; one's a term full of fine force, strong, beautiful, and firm, fit for the noblest use of tongue or pen; and one's a word for lackeys. - Ella Wheeler Wilcox
When DD was very little and was completely unpredictable on how much she'd drink at any feed and also how many bottles she'd go through in a day, I used to make up a jug every morning to have in the fridge. I bought a jug that is designed for mixing up those diet drink powders. Came with a lid with pouring spout. I washed it every night and sterilised it by boiling it for 5 minutes along with the washed bottles.
As she got older, probably by 3 months old, I simply made up the bottles every evening for the next day, putting them directly in the fridge.
