    Hi,

I am using the BioCeuticals Iodine Drops. I take 2 drops a day and just mix it with juice or water (its vanilla flavour). From memory it was about $13.00 for the bottle.

I was originally taking Blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding gold for the iodine prior to starting the drops but the iron in it was making me mega constipated so I had to stop it.

My OB was ok about me switching to the drops.

    Cheers,

    Lostinlegislation

I just use iodised salt in pregnancy. Only a little. If you like Japanese foods, eating seaweed occasionally will give you all the iodine you need. You can get some instant miso soup in the asian section of most supermarkets that has pieces of seaweed in it. Yum.
