    Default Dropping

I'm just wondering when people "dropped" in particular with their first pregnancy.

I'm 37 weeks () and carried high throughout this pregnancy, she's still quite high.. 2 weeks ago she was only 4/5 engaged and posterior.. I assume she's still the same. I just haven't dropped at all and I guess it just worries me a bit because I wouldn't mind her popping out at any time.. but preferably before they threaten to induce. heh.

People keep commenting that "Oh she won't be ready for a while, you're still too high." so I just don't know! heh!

    Thanks
    Nikki ~ Chris

I dropped around 35/36 weeks And I had a c-section at 12 days overdue. Ozzy's head never engaged at all either I can't remember what 5ths extra that is but it was the one where the babies head is still free and swaying side to side (did that even make sense)!

My dd didn't actually drop untill I was in labour.

Her little head stayed just near my hip until just before she was born.

So don't worry, Your little bubba will move there when she wants to.

You girls serve me well I stop worrying about when she's going to drop and start worrying about the twinge in my back and abs instead!

allyou lucky ladies who's bubs didn't drop until labour. beth decided to drop at 26 weeks and stay engaged. try walking around for 15 weeks with a watermelon in your pants. (at least that is what it felt like). she was very good at planting a fist into my bladder too. (not like i wasn't already peeing enough anyway)
