Arrow Finger food for grown ups that can be prepared in advance?

Does anyone have any great suggestions for finger food for a growns up party (hmm how grown up are we if we refer to ourselves as grown ups??) that can be prepared in advance - ie in the morning, or the day before?

I want to do a cob loaf (or two), and also make some no-bake dessert slices, but I need some ideas for finger food-y things that I can prepare in advance, or at least partly prepare? And preferably things that dont' need a lot of cooking time.

    Please help!

Mini quiches? I get muffin tins, blind bake some puff pastry in them, then whip some eggs cream and cooked bacon together then pour into the pastry in the tins. Cook at 180 until cooked. They can then sit in the firdge and be re heated in the oven when you want them.
