    Default Just thinking about names...

    Hi there,
Do you think the names Riley and Finley are too similar for cousins with the same surname?
    Thanks!

I guess it depends on a couple of things. Is Finley called Finn as a nn? No prob then
Or do they actually spend alot of time together?
I don't think they're to similar, but can understand your reluctance if they're together alot, the 'ley' sound getting called could be confusing.

Thanks for your reply! I should have mentioned that Riley is my nephew, and Finley is one of the names I'm considering if we have another boy. They'd see each other max once a month. At the moment we see them about 4-6 times a year.

Finlay is on our list so of cause I love it (either spelling). I don't think its too close to Riley at all.
