    Fenugreek tea:
1tsp fenugreek seeds (not the ground stuff) per cup of water
Boil for about five- ten minutes, strain with a tea strainer or fine colander.
can be sweetened with honey, sugar etc (i use 1/2 tsp of raw sugar)
can be refrigerated for later use as well

Kind of tastes like maple syrup (tastes a bit weird at first, but i'm quite accustomed to it now), very easy to make, and you can drink 2-3 cups a day (you know its working when your sweat and urine smell like maple syrup)

I found fenugreek seeds at my local IGA in the spices section in a packet, not a jar, but you can pick them up at a health food store as well.

*avoid if you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol. Fenugreek can drop your levels too low.

Others ideas: have regular porridge for breakfast if you can't stomach it with yeast and flaxseed.

For a slack recipe add some flaxseed and brewers yeast to a low fat packet mix of cake or muffins.

Aziahsmumma, I saw brewers yeast at Woolworths the other day, there was a 'brewing' section and it had little sachets. Probably much more expensive. Just thought I mention it

I love those darn cookies, but I can't justify it enough. I'm overweight and certainly don't need the butter/sugar.

I also put my brewers yeast in juice. Yuck yuck yuck!
