Default Taking formula on long haul flight

I flying to the UK with in July with my 2 1/2 yr old ds and my then 8 week old ds who is formula fed.

I was just wondering what is the best way to take formula on the plane and how you sterlise bottles while on such a long flight?

    HI

I'd get one of those containers from Avent (or any other brand) with 3 "chambers" where you put the exact Formula amount in.

And then just ask the Stewardesses to give you boiled water and some ice or a bit of cold water, to cool it down.

As for sterilising, I just asked the steward/esses if they could wash the bottle with some hot water and it was never a problem. Obviously, you can't sterilise the bottles as you can at home but it was ok for the time being.

I just came back from an overseas trip and i just took the formula in that avent container maybe buy 2 if you need that many feeds, i just rinsed my bottles out in the bathroom and put them separately to clean at the destination, so maybe make sure you have enough bottles for the trip and like the previous post ask them to put boiled water in, even at the start of the trip fill a few bottles on the plane so they cool...
