    Default Is she teething

I'm sure there are previous threads about this.... if only I could be bothered going through them all

Anyway, Liv is nearly 10 months,no teeth as yet, and no signs of them either.
The last couple of nights she has been really restless. Someone suggested bonjella last night which I applied and she seemed to settle quite well.

I know it may then seem obvious that she is teething, but there are no other signs. She if fine during the day, not grizzly, not dribbling, no rosy cheeks, no signs to suggest she is teething. Is it possible that she might only be teething at night?

    She may be.

DD didn't show too many signs of teething...but I did notice that her gums looks a little different...it's hard to describe...but they just had a "different" look to them (a difference that only a mother could notice, mind you).

If she's 10 months and has NO teeth yet, chances are they're not too far off.

If she seems in pain, I'd continue with the bonjela and maybe some panadol occasionally...and remember to give her something to chew on. It works wonders.

Oh - I forgot to ask...does she use a dummy at night? I've read that sucking really puts pressure on gums...so if she WAS teething, a dummy at night might be adding to the pain!

    GOOD LUCK!
