I read if you eat low gi food items with a high gi, it balances it out to be a medium gi. I struggled at first cause I craved things like meat pie , but now the thought makes me sick thinking of it. And all I have to do when craving potato and soy items if think about how's it effecting my body and stoping my goals, then I replace it with some thing equally yummy, and remember I'm in control
Is the sushi high carb cause of rice? You can sub for cauliflower super yummy!!! Your diet sounds like mine! I'm IN LOVE with loving earth chocolate!!!!!

I'm surprised that kind of thing doesn't happen more the way they drive sometimes, I think some drivers must seem to forget they their "cargo" is actually alive!

I refuse to read anything about animal cruelty. I'm not oblivious to what's happening but seeing and reading it is so emotionally traumatizing for myself.

I despise people who dare to think they above any other life form.

I am the same these days, I actually hid a few groups on Facebook as I can't handle seeing it on a daily basis. Sometimes it makes me physically sick
