Default TWILIGHT movie...did anyone enjoy it?

Grrrr I could not stand it, it was slow, drawn out and way too much SAP!! I almost hurled LOL.
Am I the only one who just couldnt stand it? It just annoyed me endlessly so I only watched the end of it after I had to leave the room half an hour into the movie!
    Was the book alot better?

O I am sorry if u enjoyed it and if I have offended anyone, I don't judge you for your differing opinions everyone is diff!
I was just having a vent about the movie thats all hehe

I wanted to stab myself in the eyes.

eta. yes the book was better, but all book/movies are like that aren't they? The book didn't make me want to stab my eyes out anyway. *shrug*

The book is, believe it or not, much better.
Give us that grand word "woman" once again, and let's have done with "lady"; one's a term full of fine force, strong, beautiful, and firm, fit for the noblest use of tongue or pen; and one's a word for lackeys. - Ella Wheeler Wilcox

I actually did... I laughed my way through the first time, but its grown on me every time I watch it
The books are a totally different story though, they're great... you know, they actually make sense, completely tell the story and all that sort of thing... rather than hand everything to you on a silver platter... I honeslty can't wait to see how they butcher the next one... or better yet, the 4th!

I thought it was ok. I love the book so I was a little dissapointed with the movie. I thought it all moved to quickly.

I've just finished all the books in that series and thought the movie was ok. I'm not one to really like movies after I've read the book as the characters never match the ones I have in me head. I hated the Lord of the Rings but shhh cause I'm sure I'm the only one.

    I loved the movie
I agree though the book was much better but it's always like that you can never transfer the magic of reading a book on screen you just can't.
    But I LOVED the movie!!!
Yeah there are things I would change though. I think they went from falling in love to fighting for her life way too quickly. They should have had more on the happy times not just skim over them getting to know each other.
