Question Which do you prefer for weightloss- Wii Fit or Wii Active?

    As the title suggests

I've got a Wii, but so far I only use Wii Sport with it. I'm proud to say that I've been kicking my DH's ar$e at boxing

I've lost 3kg, and have 13 to go. I need to start exercising more, I need to get my body working a bit harder in a way that's more fun then the exercise bike
    1. Who has either Wii Fit or Wii Active?
    2. What's the difference?
    3. Which is more fun?
    4. Which is harder work?

I'd love to know more about them. THANKS!!!

I have the Wii Fit and I love it. It has exercises specifically for weightloss and that is why it is better than doing just the sport one.

I haven't heard of Wii Active so I can't help you with that one.

i just bought the fitness coach, looks good, it tailors the workout to you, and what you have (steps, weights, ect)

i have wii fit, which is good but can get boring.

I have Wii Fit & I knew about the one with the personal trainer from the biggest looser (really wanna buy it) but I didn't even know about the Wii Active, I must find it!

I have let my Wii fit gather dust for a while now

Cheers, I will look for it if my Wii Fit revival goes good & I have a spare $50. Does it use the Wii fit board?

    it can

i only got it a couple of days ago, and only popped it on today

they do sell it with 'weights' and some height things to go under the wii board. but they didnt have them here. but you dont 'have' to have them, they ask what you have, if you dont have certain things, they leave them out of the workout!

i just did a quick session, but gosh, it looks like it has HEAPS of options, its more like a workout video that gets personalized to you, if that makes sense?

im going to set up my profile tomoz, il let you know how i go! (5 week old bubby, so its taken me a few days to even get it in the machine!LOL)
