Hi Ladies, I am a newbie to MCN's and after much deliberation made my first purchase yesterday. I ordered a bulk pack of cushie tushies but this morning realised I forgot to use my "Practical Parenting" 10% discount code. I emailed them this morning that I had forgot to put it in and they offered to send me a free couture nappy with my purchase (valued at $37 normally which is slightly more than my 10% discount anyway!!). I just wanted to let everyone know what wonderful service I have received when infact they could have given me nothing! Especially in this day and age when customer service seems to be thrown out the window![]()
Anyway...
I look forward to becoming obsessed with cloth like the rest of you ladies

Most are FANTASTIC for customer service.
I recently bought a pair of their woolen soakers and they made sure they emailed me that they were a bit behind and it would take a while, and then emailed again as soon as it was done! It arrived in the mail the day after I got the email!
