starting a nanny agency.. your opinions

Hi I am starting a nanny agency, most specifically designed for nanny shares, but covering all types of nanny positions.

What I am wondering is what you as parents (i am one too but want your opinion) would prefer.

1) A website where you can register for a set fee and find other parents who are looking for shares in your area, and nannies looking for work? Where you would be responsible for all the relevent reference etc checks yourself.. OR

2) an agency with no registration fee, personal service and that had nannies on its books all completely reference checked. That will also refer other families looking for nanny shares and also advertise your position on a website. Paying only a placement fee when the nanny is selected and contract signed. Also you would have access to the agency while the nanny is in your employment for advice and support.

Clearly the 2nd one would be a more attractive option. Only paying a fee once you obtain a nanny and receiving a service where all the reference checks etc will help out busy families needing a nanny.
