Default My goals for getting through easter

    without a weight gain.

I was just mapping out some goals so i get through this weekend without a huge weight gain.

    1. exercise daily- fri-weights,sat-c25k, sunday- walk after lunch with family( maybe they all go with me) Monday- weigh in day-weights, ab dvd. and im even going to throw in an extra session today while baby sleeps.

    2. chocolate- ok its my favourite so im going to have to be realistic....... no mindless eating. i will allow myself to have what i can work into my calories maybe a few little dark chocolate ones

    3. keep tracking my calories and stay with in them. Sunday is the hard day someone else is cooking so i will just have to make the best choices on the day. lunch is at my MIL and she is very supportive of my weightloss

What are your goals to get through easter?
99.2kgs down to 62kgs- not much further now 55kgs here i come

    good luck hon xx

    my goals are to

    1) not to binge on the chocolate! just a few little eggs or a small chunk of a big egg and then tell myself the choc is not going anywhere, i can have more tomorrow if i want.

    2) do c25k on sat and mon

    3) try and incorporate exercise into catch up time with my friends (e.g. go on a day trip into a national park and go for a walk rather than drink c0cktails next to their swimming pool lol)
Me ~ 34 ~ I'm breaking through, I'm bending spoons, I'm keeping flowers in full bloom
    DH ~ 36 ~ Blue-eyed boy meets a brown-eyed girl... the sweetest thing
DD ~ 4 ~ A brand new day, sunrise over sea

HA i like the way u think!

oh yeah so important to have goals to keep u focused over easter, it's such a dieter's nightmare, apart from all the devil's chocolate there's those hot cross buns dripping with melted butter and all those family bbq's with sausages, beer, big homemade desserts - lethal!!!
