Default Blood is 5wk baby's poo...

My daughter has been constipated nearly since birth when she was moved to formula. Since then she has been having drops that were recommended to us by our Dr. With the drops she poo's everyday. We've been reducing the amount from 1ml down to 0.3ml.

Since yesterday she has done a poo in every nappy change. We are up to poo number 5 and the last nappy had a few drops of blood in it. We have an appointment with the Dr at 11:40am.

    Anyone had a similar situation?

I remember DD having the same issue when she was 4-5 months old.She had streaks of blood in her poo.Our GP said it was fissures, and that they would get ok on their own. They did,but I also increased the fluids in her diet anyway.
