Thats right BB with the points- the idea with the extra points is for you to try and work out how many points suits you a day to maintain your weight. You dont have to eat them all- if eating them all makes you gain- they are there to help you find your balance- thats how I understood it anyways.

Would love to see your before and after photos! Congrats again for reaching goal.

Well done on 59 kg's! That is my goal, I am currently 61-62ish (was 61.1 today). I had no idea about maintenance as I just do WW myself at home(just following a friends book etc).. so how do you work out what you should be having when you reach goal??

Well I'm doing well.... I weighed in today at 61.1 (official weigh in day is Monday) so fingers crossed for a nice loss next week

I had to make a trip to the dr this morning. Having troubles with heavy bleeding, anyways on a medication to stop the bleeding and I have a scan and blood tests booked for Monday/Tuesday. Dr is thinking it is ceoliacs disease and a thyroid problem... IF it is this C thing, does anyone know wether I could still do WW?
