    Default Bissell Steam Mop... Anyone?

    Hi

I am thinking of purchasing a Bissell steam mop.... It is quite expensive ($249) and I was wondering if anyone has one of these and if they liked it or not?

I have had a steam mop before (much cheaper one) and found it about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike!

Any info would be appreciated.. Cheers

I dont know about the Bissell one, but I had a steam mop, paid a good price for it and found it to be crap. It did a good job but I found that the cleaning pad thing got so mucky that I had to change it for each room/area as it felt like I waswiping a dirty wet cloth all over the floor.

I would suggest if you get one to buy extra of the washable pad things so you can change it frequently so it's always "cleaning" the floof LOL

I dont' have the Bissell Steam Mop but I do have this one http://www.bissell-allrounder.com/
It does it all, mops, vacuums, washes all floor surfaces including carpets, yes its more expensive, but to have one machine that does it all is the way to go in my opinion - also it cleans the air, so its great for those with allergies.
Go and try it, get a demo,

Zenifa, I will try to get in and have a look at the all-rounder next week, or have a peek on ebay!
