Thought I would create a thread for us Pregnant women that are still very active.
I lost 10kgs before falling pregnant with this baby, but am determined not to put on all the weight just lost.
With DS I put on A total of 30 kilos, so I am looking to not going over 15 with this baby, but hopefully nothing more then 10.
Atm I am doing 2 Pilates classes 1 Yoga class and A Body Balance class combined with walking and light weights.
Would be good to have some other active pregnant women to chat with
