    Default Animal Cruelty *Possibly Distressing*

I was following this story all day yesterday. Some idiot put a video up on youtube of him abusing his poor cat luckily, there was a huge uproar, and people managed to track them down, and save the cat, which is now in a vet.
Here is the news story on it

they edited the video in the news story thankfully, I saw the full version of it and it was horrible, I cried watching the poor cat Animal abusers I just want to hold the cat and make sure nobody hurts him again

eta. Can a mod please put a *possibly distressing* warning in the title? I forgot.

I think it is about time that Youtube should be forced to moderate every entry. Yes, it will take forever, but there is too much violence and other obscene material that is posted on that site, just so the posters can be famous.

It is getting to be a joke.

Also a lot of the videos on that site can be linked with bullying in schools. A lot of kids film fights on their mobiles and post them on youtube, just so they can get a bit of fame.

Once people realise that the site will be moderated, surely the amount of c*** being posted will die down significantly.

Thats horrible I just don't understand how someone could do such a thing to something so innocent. I hope the cat is ok.

My husband and I watched it yesterday.

It got me so upset, I cried for almost an hour, I just felt SO sorry for that poor cat, it did nothing, and I hope they get what they deserve.
