    Unhappy he has escaped!

my little cat oscar has escaped! i am so upset.
he has only been living with us for 3 days. we adopted him when my brother had to move and he is a year old. he does not really come to his name and i am so worried. he has never been outside before and he shot out the door when i was carrying ds in tonight.
i really got attached to him and really want him back

    Hope he comes back.

If he does, put a smear of butter on each of his feet, it an old wives tale my MIL told me, seems to work, once someone stole our cat (we seen them snatch it into the car) and he turned up 3 weeks later skinny and half starved. Apparently they find there way home if you do the butter thing!

Aww! I hope he comes back too! When we moved house with our cat her ran away a number of time and we could ALWAYS find him back at our old place which was a couple of blocks away!

I dont know how far your house is from your brother's old place but it might be worth taking a drive past to see if thats where he has gone!

    thanks guys.
    still no Oscar today
He has never been outside ever! He is probably having a ball. i am not sure he will come back. I am hoping though that someone has found him and will take him to the vet on tues when they re open. we had a cat that went missing for a week but she was an outside cat. i am rather attached to him but i dont think he is the smartest cat.
