I have been toying with the idea of buying Wii fit for months but been thinking it will be another fad thing I will waste my money on use once & leave sitting in the corner to gather dust. Now I have read this thread I am getting one!!!!

    it is a good workout.

You can easily do lots of nice low impact stuff that keeps you interested and on your toes without losing interest or being bored.

I like the step and hula hoop ones

I found the last one for sale in Brisbane a week ago! I had to get one after reading this thread

I haven't been too religous at doing the work-outs but I love the balance games, the step, the boxing which I only recently unlocked & the jogging. I vow to start doing at least 30mins a day starting from tomorrow & see if I actually loose any weight!

I have lost 1.7kgs so far & i havent even had it for 2 weeks yet & i havent worked out every day either. When i do work out though i do it for at least 30 mins straight. I like the free step because you can do it over & over & change the channel while doing it. I usually put it on a music channel so i can step to the beat of the song. I will be able to do alot more with it once the girls go back to school.

    I've done my 30mins 2day

I try to do a long jog, the advanced step, the advanced boxing & a few of the yoga moves. I keep on saying I'll get to the muscle work-outs but I never get to them.

Anyone else seen the other game being made by the biggest looser personal trainer? (Gillian I think her name is). It works with the Wii fit board & comes out in March I think & it's about $80.

    Default wiiiiiii

we purchased a wii before xmas and i was on it all the tme and then i just lost the motivation for it- i think eating so much over xmas and just having had a bub didnt help when i did the body test.........
we bought other games for the wii and now my 4year old plays all the time, she loves it.

Another annoyance is my 2 year old jumps on the balance board when i have to step off it.

but after reading this i am going to now get out of my pyjamas, give the kiddies some brekkky do the whole boobyfeed to my bub and jump on the wii fit - its just too hot to go outside and walk so this is good idea on how to exercise.
