    Arrow Wii Fit daily...

Apologies if there is a thread in existence already, but I couldn't find one!

So who has a Wii Fit and is on it regularly? Thought we could have a chat thread, boast about our minutes and weight loss?

We only got ours on Saturday, but the 3 of us are all addicted. My almost 4 year old is on it at the moment - hence why I'm here...I've been kicked out of the lounge room! He loves the jogging games, and the ski jumping. Very cute!

I mostly do the aerobics section, the stepping and boxing, good fun

    So...who else is addicted?

Yup only just got ours too.

My plan is to hopefully set aside at least 30minutes each day when DD goes back to school.

Its quite fun but i think will be even better when i dont have DD who is 7 telling me to do the hula hoop over and over again. And DH standing back with a smirk on his face when im attempting to do some of the harder exercise

It definitely does help. I've only had it since Saturday and I feel much better for it - better posture, muscles I had forgotten I have...plus I really *really* enjoy the aerobic side of it, so I do 30-60mins every day of rhythm boxing and step aerobics. The balance games are really fun and challenging and you are active, without feeling like you are. So as long as you do it regularly...woudl definitely be a good weight loss tool.

The hardest part is getting access to the tv....with my 3yo at home, its very hard to interrupt his Wiggles experience without bribery...! Or worse still, he wants to get on the Wii!
