    Default Weekly Challenges

Okay well I got this idea off of another thread. Thankyou Fiveinthebed (I think).

Maybe we could set 2 challenges a week. Were we all take part in these challenges.
    Does this make any sense?

    Ideas:
    100 star jumps/crunches/squats etc a day
aim for say 50kms each a week of walking/running/bike/treadmill etc

Who would be in on this?

I have only done 6.5 km this week..... and most weeks just do 10km. im doing the c25k so that is three thirty min training sessions a week. i do other stuff other days but its school holidays so its way to hard to get out the house and walk with three kids in tow. i can try to do more but i think 50ks is way out of my league.

    Okay how does this sound?
    Aim for 50kms a week. run/ride/walk etc
    1000 star jumps

This is in between the 3 of us and who ever else wants to join in this extra motivation. We should be able to do this in a week.

I have done 100 star jumps today.

Hmm - 50km's at 3k's/h (which is how fast I can walk) would take 16 hours - I don't quite have 2.5 hours pd LOL
