    Default greenish tinge

    to my breastmilk.. im on antibiotics.. is this normal.. im just hand expressing after getting it started with the pump..

    is it greenish becuase on the antibiotics?
    My son = 3.10 PDD NOS and GDD Diagnosed June 1st 2010
    My daughter = 2.4 Still breastfeeding
    My husband = turning 26 Keeping me sane
    Me = 25 this year

    i have no idea, but mine was green for a week or so there, but I wasn't on antibiotics.

    As in the BM itself ??? .... Hrmmm interesting

    Ive never heard of that one before !

    Usually its a bluey or cream colour ....

    Now im curious LOL !

    she drank it no problem.. yes its usualy a normal colour like creamy. but my dh also saw the green tinge..

    i did express it out the side that is recovering from mastitis

    Bluey tinges and greeny tinges are both normal, and no it probably doesn't have much to do with the antibiotics - more so something you ate

    Its perfectly fine for your bubba to keep drinking it too

    Yep def normal. I hadn't noticed it until a friend and I had to express at the same time adn we both had differing green tinges to our milk. hehe
    The only reason people get lost in thought is because it's unfamiliar territory.

    Well there ya go !

    I learnt soemthing today

    I always thought the blue was the norm but now I know green is too !
