DS has been teething and I think he's getting his back teeth in at the moment, the last couple of days his cheeks have been really red and kind of spotty and today I noticed an ulcer on his bottom lip. Does this all sound teething related?! TIA!

I don't know about the ulcer but my DD1 gets red cheeks when she's teething, she looks like she's been slapped, but it's just inflamed and sore from her teeth.
