    Default Little nudist

Does anyone else's child(ren) take all their clothes off when they're in bed? Skye has been doing this alot lately when shes supposed to be sleeping, I will go in and check on her and she'll be fully naked. I went in before and was in the buff and she gave me her nappy (which was completly dry as it was a fresh one) and said "poo" she DID do a poo but had thrown it out of her cot (it was a hard poo).

How do I get her to keep her clothes on, more importantly her nappy? I have put pants on but she takes them off. I put her nappy on backwards so hopefully that works....

    Any other suggestions?

During the Summer (or when its actually hot) it doesn't worry me though I don't want her to take her nappy off at night cos she'll wet the bed.

I think the easiest way is just a plain (short sleeved/legless) easy suit....

Luckily i never had a "little nudist" i have more of a "poo painter" (luckily she's out of that phase now i think)

My DD does the same. I put a bonds all in one singlet suit in her cause she can't get the press studs undone.

i agree with specksmum, even a little houdini couldn't get out of an easy suit. At least for night times.
My DS is the opposite , the other night I walked in and he looked really "chunky". He had gone through his draws and put on 4 pairs of PJ pants and 3 tops. He would have been cooking

could it be because she is just hot?
the nappy on backwards is a good idea though gaffa tape might be more what she needs!
by the time it gets colder she probably will be over the phase and then you could try those ''easy'' suits. i cant get them on ds so i dont know how he could get them off!

what about a light weight sleeping bag on top of a body suit (even if it's just a singlet suit)? It's cold enough here in melbourne this summer that a light weight sleeping bag should be fine. Get one that zips up from the bottom though - not the top!

I think I will invest in a few of those "easy suits" I have been in her room to put her nappy back on 4 times already, in ONE hour.

I have put her nappy on backwards but she just took it off. She is now wearing an all-in-one Summer grow-suit but she can undo the buttons (they're stud buttons) though hopefully she won't now.

    Good luck....

teapotfairy - does she sleep in a normal bed or a cot.... And does she have the door open or shut....

I've found the only way i could stop J from painting (I have some rather amusing photos from the last painting session - was too grossed out the previous time) her room was to leave her door open, shutting every other door apart from mine, so she could get to me to tell me if she had "yuckies" or not

specksmum she is still in her cot (but we are changing to her bed as soon as hubby picks it up from inlaws place) and she will wipe it ever wear as she yell out "mummy i have poo!"
then will tell me" no fingers in poo mummy " as im cleaning it up!
i dont want to make a big thing out of it as i know she dosent do it to drive mumy nuts.... ans the first couple of times she could tell i was upset(also had colicly NB at the time) so she would burst into tears and sob her little heart out
i just cant think of any thing ekse to try
