Exclamation How Much Centrelink Rent Assistance Do I Qualify For?

    hi.
i've been looking online tonight for little units to rent, although, in my area they aren't cheap, unless ov course yu wana live over there where all those woman get raped, or over there where all the break & enters happen.
i'm up for about 250$ a week as i dnt drive so i need to be close to the shops etc.
i can afford that, if, and only if, Centre-Stink will give me a decent amount of rent assistance.
any ideas of how much that'll be?
i really can't wait to move outta home!! can't stand it when mum tries to take over everything and hits on my bf when he's around. *rolls eyes*
    thank yu! :]

I believe if you pay over $220 per week you get the maximum rate of rent assistance which is around $145 a fortnight

You can go to the centrelink website, they have an online calcutator (you dont need to be logged in) where you type in all your info and it will tell you what you may be eligable for.
