Default I just found the best lollies..

They are called "Double D" and they have no sugar, no carbs and they taste really nice you wouldn't even know they had no sugar at all. I got mint chews, caramel drops with chocolate in the middle, and fruit drops its really helped my craving for lollies lol..
they also say they have no artifical flavours or colours.

I like to get the Honey and Eucalyptus ones when I'm sick. They're so nice but almost relaxing too.

I brought some fruit drops a while ago, they're yummy.

But DS had one and he went MENTAL so I have no idea what is in them, but they don't agree with him!

Yeah I was trying to figure out how they are sugar free when they say no artificial flavours something about derived from natural sugar plants..

eta. I found this from googling their website..

The main ingredient in Double 'D' sugar free lollies is Isomalt. Isomalt is a sugar alternative for health conscious people. It is the only sugar replacer made from natural sugar plants. It is dental friendly and has a low glycaemic response.

    Not Genetically Modified
To the best of our knowledge Double 'D' products do not contain any genetically modified ingredients.

    Animal Products
Apart from a small amount of butter in the 'buttered candy' and 'butter candy with choc' products Double 'D' sugar free lollies contain no animal products.

Why Packs Contain a Laxative Effect Comment
Just like the dietary fibre in beans, onions and various fruits, Isomalt belongs to the group of 'low digestibility'. Isomalt stimulates bowel activity and helps counteract constipation. In some people, excessive consumption may produce a laxative effect. Scientific evidence shows that, similarly to high-fibre foods like plums and prunes, consumption of Isomalt in moderate amounts is tolerated very well.

Good stuff. I started again this morning with 2 a day + plus dinner. Only did the one a day last week.
Those lollies would be good to go along with it, I've used them in the past when on restrictive diets. I get the JOLslollies in the little clip top pack, really little and chewy things. Taste pretty artificial so you are probably better witht the ones you already like. Good luck with the weight loss

I'm on Optifast at the moment, but I'm getting pretty bored with the flavours (only got choc and vanilla, they also have strawberry and coffee) I'm thinking of going onto celebrity slim once these are finished because they have more flavours (choc mint etc.)
