    Default whats going on ?

Something unusual is happening to me , I'm not normally a crier ,I dont even like to complain but the last week I cry at the drop of a hat , I'm soo moody . I've never been like this..

My father says its hormones , is he correct ?

Yeah - It sounds like it!! I find going for a walk helps- espiecally down the beach- I put my sunnies on, let my tears flow and just walk like nothing else- by the time I get back to the car I feel great and tired- but much less emotional!!

I also get sooky days- where I just want cuddles all the time. I think these waves we just have to ride, with the knowing that it will all be fine in the end.

    i can relate 100%

on the inside im a mess and i don't know why..im so depressed some days i just wanna cry at everything.

one minute im fine..then i cry for 10mins..then fine again.

im also less tolerant of cr@p too. if someone is p!$$ing me off i snap right away.

its just hormones and nothing you can do about it

Go go the hormones or not, I am crying a lot too, getting down, and getting VERY annoyed very quickly.

I hate watching sad shows in front of people, I just cry too much :P.

Hmm... crying at the drop of a hat- sounds like your PREGNANT!!

I havent actually been hormonal until now (30 weeks), but yesterday I cried cos Steve on Sex and the City cried when Miranda called their baby after his surname. DH couldnt stop laughing at me, which made me sob even more!!
