Hi everyone,
Our second baby is due in April and I was hoping someone can help me work out how many nappies I will need for a newborn?I used cloth on DD but only started when she was 14 months so most our nappies are larger sizes.
I have 11 one-sized nappies (8 if bubs is a boy!) Mainly GK's and BBB plus one BG. So what else should I get? Would I be better off buying some small sized nappies? What nappies are good on newborns? I was thinking maybe Magic-alls, Bubblebubs or Itti Bitti's... Maybe Swaddlebees too? And how many? So many questions
Also if it makes a difference DD was a premmie and also low birth weight so I am expecting a smaller baby again.
Thanks![]()

So thats a decent figure to go from, then work out how often you'll be washing and all that. I'll be getting at least 20 smalls when we have our next bub, plus a couple of newborns and covers. I already have a ton of flats, so I'll be covered.

How do prefolds work? Are they easy enough to use?
