    Default Folate - How much?

I've been taking Blackmores Folate 500mcg and Blackmores slow release Multivitamin. Had a mc in Feb but TTC again. I notice on on the multi V, it also has 400mcg of Folate. Should I stop taking the Folate, or is 900mcg a day ok?

Hi HellsBells, I find my pharmacist is great. I take a multi-vitamin, folic acid and robitussin and he says I'm not overdoing it. I had visions that I could overdose on Folic Acid, was on it since I lost our baby in 2004 and still am on it, he said it is of no harm at all, even if I didn't get preggers for another year(gee great thought that)
Best talk to your pharmacist, I'm not expert.
    Good luck to you
