Do a google search for common side effects of Ferrograd.

You will find that this is a pretty common thing to happen and is really harmless.

Tis normal. I would suggest taking some metamucil fibre caps along with the ferrograd to help keep you regular and ward off constipation though.

It is normal unfortunately lol. Most iron supplements will do this. I also agree with the PP about constipation, it is one of the worst side effects of iron tablets..

I agree black poo is a normal side effect.

I would just check with your healthcare provider about taking the Iron with the added Vit C. I initially took this but switched to just iron alone when I saw that high doses of Vit C were not recommended when pregnant. I know the Vit C helps the iron to be absorbed but I think its better just to have it with a glass of OJ.

Might just be me being paranoid but worth double checking IMO.
