Hi ladies, my friend now needs some help and she does not have the internet. She is having a baby girl and has picked the name Ciarra pronounced ( si-erra) and her last name will be Thomas but we cant think of a middle name, so we are asking for any suggestions.

Ciarra is nice, but i think it will get pronounced Key-ara a lot. Beautiful name though. Has she thought about spelling it with an S? Would probably be better...
