During my pregnancy, I spent a lot of time talking to my son about how exciting it would be to have a baby sister etc, etc... He was excited telling me how he would 'help' and he was really looking forward to her birth
Now that the baby is here... his behaviour is just unbearable!!!
He isn't being nasty to his little sister (anymore), but he is acting really intolerably in general.
Constant tantrums over the smallest things... usually we can talk things over with him and come up with a solution or outcome that keeps everyone happy... but he won't talk to us... just gets really angry and hits things ...and himself ...and us.
I can only describe him as an emotional wreck?! The slightest thing upsets him. I give him the wrong colour cup... I ask him a simple question...?!
He is a fairly sensitive child... bit this is just crazy!
Has any one else had these issues? Is it 'normal' behaviour after the arrival of a new sibling?
Does it end sometimes soon?!(please God, tell me it does!!)
