Default Nursing Pillows - Zoo Pillows v Milk Bar Feeding Support Pillow

    Hello,

I have been looking at purchasing a nursing pillow and have read the thread and recommendations for the Zoo Pillow.

I was just wondering if anyone has used the Milk Bar Feeding Support Pillow and how they found it, or if anyone has used both and which one they found to be better?

I have only used the zoo pillow and loved it. I still use it to prop myself up when I am reading DD2 (18 months) stories or cuddling her in the night. The cover is easily removable and washable and the stuffing keeps it's shape really well.

i was bought a zoo pillow which i loved at first but apparently it contributed to my b/feeding problems as it had the baby too high and he wasn't feeding correctly? I am short so i dont know if that is why? But in saying that we now use it everyday as a prop for him when he is playing on the floor, which keeps him up with his reflux and now thta he is trying to sit up it is good too, also find it good fot tummy time

i bought the milk bar before the birth
    of my second child
because ifrom experience with my first
    breastfeeding is heavy work!
saying that, i have hardly used it for
    my boys feeding
still use it though and i love that it is firm
i would have used it more for feeding
    with my forever
    attached daughter...
    Mama to 5 T 12y, N 8y, A 6y and free bub J 3y D is here too!

Default My Brest Friend, breast feeding pillow

    Hi

I have used the My Brest Friend, breast feeding pillow since bubs was born (now 10 months) and it has been invaluable. I used it for every feed, and even took it to peoples houses for feeding.

If you want a brand new one, I have an unopened one in the box that I bought for my sister (not knowng that she had already got a second hand one from a friend).

I paid $99 for it from Motherworld, but you could have it for a reduced price !! Not sure what your budget is though.

I found that the milk bar was too small. Ok for newborn but I found my DS became too big for it quite quickly. I ended up using a boomerang pillow successfully.

I have a milk bar and found it great It was fabulous for the night feeds - just lay bub on it with my hand around her back then drift back off to sleep in the feeding chair - got me a few extra zzzz's
