Just a quick vent i suppose and curious to know if this has happened to you and how you dealt with it.
Whilst being outside yesterday with DD a large family group with no children were walking past our house. As usual DD will wave and say hello to everyone. They smiled and said hello, saying what a cute child she is and then all of a sudden two of the men took out their mobile phone to take a photo of her !
I turned her around and nicely asked them not to take any photos. They got a bit upset and asked me why not... simply because its not needed and i don't want them to and we walked away. They didn't understand why they couldn't.

Do they really need a photo of my DD ? For what reason?

Has this happened to anyone.. what are your thoughts on all this.

I guess the way society has become with hearing about all these predators out there has really made me so "over" protective!
