My nipples are sore too.. and DD still has around 4 boobs a day. Not sure if there is any milk left but she still enjoys it..

    IT HURTS!

I've been using lanolin whenever I can so that is helping.. Otherwise.. I am a big girl and will deal with it..

I get to complain though, right?

Well... the only practicle advice I can give is about getting his back the right way round.... get down on your hands and knees and.... STAY THERE for at least 10 - 15 mins, a few times a day. Scrub the floor, pick fluff outta the carpet, do some hip swinging etc while you're down there... whatever you fancy! LOL The hands and knees thing is really great at getting bubs into a good position for labour.

Hi ladies not to sure how true this is, but a friend said that Evening Primrose oil was good for nipple pain.

    Hey hun
I dont have sore nipples so much, but I cannot stand being touched! If Riley even accidentally touches my boobs,I freak out!!

As for pelvis/pubic bone pain-I hear ya sister!!!
Mine has been really sore the past few weeks, especially after lying down for a bit. When I get up its soooo stiff and sore to walk, cant get comfy in bed!Its eased a bit now.
Was doing some reading, and its just ligaments stretching, and hips widening to prepare for birth!AND its worse 2nd time round!

Chin up babe,we dont have long to go now!!
Life is not measured by how many breaths you take, but how many times your breath is taken away!

Have you started wearing nursing pads yet? I had to start wearing them whilst pregnant with DD2 & DD3 as they were very sore.

With the pelvic pain, you could try some sumo type steps, or using one of those big gym balls.

    Hope this helps a bit
