He may just have a little scratch from rubbing it. I'd say just keep an eye on it but if it's worrying you then there is no harm in getting it checked out

My daughter had a very runny nose for a bout a week and last week I noticed she had blood in with the boogies. I will be interested to know what they say. Good luck
