I was rushing to eat my toast and must not have chewed it properly because I just chucked up massive bits of toast and now my oesophegus(sp?) is throbbing it feels bruised from having such big hunks of food coming up so violently.

I hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
