    Question Ache in legs

For the past few days I have had really achey legs..

They really ache.. mainly in the thigh area but it radiates down the whole leg...

Its feels sortof like I've been doing heaps of exercise, it feels a little like that but more dull... and so constant, all night.. I can barely sleep and now its at the point where I can barely think of anything else...its just always there....

    any ideas whats going on?
    Has anyone heard of this?

I have no other illness stuff going on at all....

Ive suffered from this all my life, dull aching/cramping behind my knees.

I find that I either need salt (I normally don't have salt on anything) or a big drink of Staminade or Poweraide also helps.

could it have anything to do with the cold ?

even if you are exercising if you are cold your muscles will give themselves a bit of a work out trying to keep warm. then the dull feeling could be more of a numb feeling becuase your cold.

other then that sorry, no idea. that was just a guess really

Maybe you're starting to get sick? I had a flu-like thing last week and it started with dull aches all over my body (including legs).
