Help with Ultrasound report

On my ultrasound report it says in the conclusion:

A single, live intrauterine pregnancy of 12 weeks maturity.
The nuchal translecency thickness appears normal.
Correlation with a full anomaly scan soon after 18 weeks of gestational age and with triple test recommended.

What does this bolded bit mean?

Hi,

Basically it means that your NT u/s for babe looks good but that they want to follow up with the triple test which can be an indicator of neural tube defect like spina bifida before you have your morph scan.
I am sure all will be fine, my GP and ultrasonographer are particularly anal about tests etc for preg mothers and all preg mothers with my GP get 1st trimester screening, triple test etc done.
