Do you think its Eczema?

My DD is 8 weeks old and has not had clear skin since she was about 2 weeks old. All over her face, neck, hands, torso she has spots that come and go. The midwife has said its just dry skin and still hormonal and I have tried everything to try and clear it up (well nearly everything) She is on Goat's Milk Formula so it couldnt be anything I am eating....can someone tell me if this sounds like eczema? Or could it still be the hormonal rash with her skin still trying to get its act together?

to me it sounds like it could be but if you are too worried go see a Dr.
My DD had something that sounds similar and we used derma veen in her bath and sorbolene cream for baby a few times a day.
She is nearly 10 months now and has no problems with her skin.
(her dad still does though.)
