I have looked through the threads, and I can not find one (forgive me if there is one there)
DP and I are looking to go meat-free and I thought these lentil/vegie patteis might be a good start.
Does anyone have any recipes for them?
Thanks heaps

You know what, I deserve better. I will stand up and out of your shadow, I will feel the wind in my wings, I will learn to fly, you can stay and enjoy my freedom or leave, either way I was born to fly.
I think I found mine on the sanitarium website. Not supposed to print other's recipes, sorry. Have a look on there though because they have heaps of good vego recipes.
I've got a lentil and chickpea patty recipe I can post if you like.
gone chunky dunking
1 cup red lentils
1 tablespoon oil
2 onions, sliced
1 tablespoon tandoori mix powder (I could only find masterfoods brand of this)
425g can chickpeas, drained
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 egg
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
2 1/4 cups stale breadcrumbs
flour, for dusting
Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add the lentils to the boiling water and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes or until lentils are tender. Drain well. heat oil in a pan and cook the onions until tender. Add tandoori mix and stir until fragrant. Cool the mixture slightly.
Place the chickpeas, half the lentils, ginger, egg and onion mixture in a food processor. Process for 20 seconds or until smooth (or use a stick blender like i do). Transfer to a bowl. Stir in remaining lentils, parsley, coriander and breadcrumbs, combine well. Divide mixture into 10 portions.
Shape the portions into round patties (if its too soft refrigerate it for 15 minutes) Toss the patties in flour and shake off the excess. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
optional coriander garlic cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
2 table spoons chopped fresh parsley
Combine it all in a bowl and mix well.

I spose you could just leave it out all together. I really don't think it would impact that much on the mix.
