DS was born with a scar on his lip, they think he was going to have a cleft palate but it closed up at the last minute. At the time they told us he could have other issues internally in line with the scar where other things haven't formed properly - and yes his intestines had issues and he needed surgery to correct it. Just went back for a checkup and the ped said that one nostril is slightly flattened (hardly noticeable) and there is a small depression in his forehead, so she said there is a chance the nasal tissues haven't formed properly and he will need scans, and potentially need that all fixed. Has anyone had anything similar with their kid? Is everything ok now?
