Default Tap water filter?? (fluoride related)

I want a filter for my tap I live in QLD and I think they have already added the fluoride to the water as it tastes different.

I was wondering what kind of shop can I buy a filter and how much money am I looking at spending?
Me 19, he two in July, we are doing full term breastfeeding

The best ones are the ceremic water filters. We have one but unfortunately its still in Brissy. The brita filters do not filter out flouride so if thats your intention then they're a waste of money. I can't remember how much we spent on the ceremic on but we bought it at one of the health food store. The filters last for ages. Every now and then you can give them a scrape with a knife and off they go again. The only down side is they take a while to filter.

I agree, we have one of these. Good pottery outlets sell them, markets, field days. From what I recall a couple of hundred dollars, maybe
We only have tank water so don't usually bother, but got it when we ran out and had town water trucked in to kill the taste of everything in it
    ...busy growing our happy ending
