    Default Can I freeze dishes with??

    Sour Cream?
    Cream?
    Coconut milk?

    Do they freeze and defrost ok, or do they split/curdle??

    Sorry Im not much help with cream/sour cream as I can't eat them, but im fairly sure you can freeze coconut milk, as I have done this in thai or curry stirfries... The carnasion (sp) milk and cream etc work fine also.

    I wouldnt freeze sour cream it will curdle, you can stir it through though when reheating but i guess that defeats the purpose really.

    Coconut milk is fine, cream hmm not sure about that one but i have frozen a cake with cream and it was ok just a little tasteless for some reason
