I had the vicks stick recommended by a pharmacist when I had a cold when preg with DD, told me to use that and "Karvol" which comes in little liquid thingys that you can either put on a hanky or you pillow etc or works great in steam, pretty much same ingredients as the vicks.

I used (and still do) just regular old saline solution in the nasal spray. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to work it's magic but it's so worth it! No drugs = absolutely NO RISK!

Camphor is not safe in pregnancy as it can cause camphor poisoning and cross the placenta. Most decongestants contain it – Vicks, vaporiser solutions etc.
I would stick with Fess (Saline)
