    Default Bond

    This thought just occured to me...do you pay a bond in a DHA house??? no-one has said anything to me about it so i was just curious.

    No they don't pay the bond. You can get a loan of them to pay the bond. Then you pay it back. We had a 6 month lease so we had to pay it back by the end of our 6 month lease.

    I think we all so got a loan of 2 weeks rent. Had to pay our share of that back.

    ok cool thanks I just wasnt sure if they were just like normal rentals regarding bond etc.

    I didnt know you could get a 6 month lease in a defence house?!? I thought it was for the length of your posting?

    U don't pay bond for a DHA house, however I am assuming CJ was talking about RA properties, as I know in your DHA choices u don't. Also, in your normal DHA houses, it is for the length of your posting.

    thanks samsgirls! good to hear we dont pay bond in DHA houses! Now i just have to wait for one to come up on Homefind and im set
