    Unhappy Indigestion help!

I would like to know of any natural remedies for indigestion...

...or failing that, which store bought ones are easy and GOOD, and the taste won't make me want to vomit?

Every time I eat, I suffer from indigestion. It has just started this week, but it makes me feel awful, and is putting me off work. (Put it this way, last hour of class today I declared free time, because I am still suffering the effects of lunch. )

Well i know that peppermint tea can aid digestion so that might be worth a shot. Also small meals is also helps. Heart burn and indegestion is one of the wonderful parts of pregnancy. Hang in there.

I've been having indigestion all the time since i was pregnant.. DS is now 10 months. I don't know of any natural remedies but about the only treatment i can tolerate is the quik eze chewy mint flavoured ones you can get. I think that is the only one that doesn't make me want to hurl.
