I'm just wondering when people started to give their kids (if they do at all) stronger tasting foods.
My DS (1 on Wednesday) seems to enjoy strong flavoured foods (he likes to snack on olives, for example.
I was considering making a mild curry for him, but I don't know which brands in the supermarket would be the mildest and I'm also worried this might be bad for him.
Do your kids eat foods considered to be more "adult" and when did they start eating them?
